Daniel Imboden was commissioned as a Salvation Army officer in 1999. He has worked in various functions in pastoral and social work in the Salvation Army in Switzerland. He is now Chief Secretary for the Switzerland, Austria and Hungary territory. He holds a Master’s degree in Philology and Theology. Daniel is married, has four grown-up children and lives with his family in Bern. He took over the chair of the Committee in 2021.
Executive Secretary
After 16 years working as secretary in lawyer's offices, Suzanne Klaver-De Munnik started in 2017 to work as secretary for the board of directors of TSA Foundation for Social Work. In 2019 she was participant in the Catherine Programme Summer School. In 2020 she became a Salvationist and gave secretarial Support to the Committee. Since 2023 she is the Executive Secretary of the Commitee.
Programme Secretary
Justin Plug obtained his master's degree in organizational psychology at Utrecht University with minors in Economics and Public Administration. He started his career as a management consultant in leadership and organizational development at a Dutch boutique consulting firm. In 2020 he started working for the Salvation Army. After serving in various HR-roles, he is now team lead for the HR policy team for the Social Work of The Salvation Army in the Netherlands. He joined the Commitee in 2023.
Chaplain
Anna Kotrikadze was born in Leningrad, now St. Petersburg, in Russia. She became a Christian at 15 years old during a big Crusade Evangelistic Campaign. She came to the Army in 1992 to work as a translator for the Youth and Children's ministries leader, and for the school for Officer's training for 2 years in the Eastern Europe; and stayed. In June 2002 she was commissioned as officer. She has a Bachelors Degree in Philology, English, and an equivalent of Bachelor's Degree, Practical Theology, at St. John's University, York. She served in Georgia, Moscow, Estonia, Latvia, and since August 2023 in Finland 2023 as Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Secretary for Leadership development, and Secretary for Spiritual Life. She joined the Commitee in 2024.

Matthieu Bösiger was educated at ‘MINES ParisTech, école d'ingénieurs, formation et recherche’. After completing his studies, he got a calling to become officer in The Salvation Army. After having studied at the William Booth College in London he was corps officer in Dunkirk and Nîmes in France. He is now corps officer in Strasbourg. He joined the Committee in 2016.
